All of our projector lamps, if confirmed to be in stock, are dispatched via a Next Working Day Courier service if ordered before 2.30pm. The lamps are securely packaged to ensure there is no damage to the lamp during transit. A signature will be required from the courier company upon delivery of the lamp. Tracking numbers can be obtained from our Sales Team upon request.
How long will delivery take?
An industry standard product warranty of three months is offered on all our projector lamps.
How long is your product warranty?
Vivid Lamps sources all of our compatible lamps via a Taiwanese supply chain. The lamp manufacturer of Vivid Lamps products also manufacture for some of the largest projecting brands in the world, such as BenQ and 3M. Customers are assured of getting an OEM product at the most competitive price available with no compromise in terms of picture quality.
Are your projector lamps of a high quality?
The lamps shown for sale here are compatible replacement lamps. However, Vivid Lamps supports an almost complete range of original projector lamps, most of which are available on a Next Working Day delivery service. Whilst original lamps are considerably more expensive than compatible lamps, we can fully support our customers who seek to use the original article!
Does Vivid Lamps supply original projector lamps?
Vivid Lamps accepts Purchase Orders from all recognised educational establishments in the UK. Purchase Orders are not accepted from private sector companies unless specifically requested and authorised by Vivid Lamps management. Private sector companies are requested to ask to speak to a member of the management team to discuss payment terms.
Are Purchase Orders accepted?
Vivid Lamps accept customer returns. If an item has been ordered and is no longer wanted, or you feel that the wrong product has been shipped, we ask customers to return the product to us within 7 working days. All our products are covered for technical failure under our three month product warranty period. Customers must be issued an RMA number before returns can be accepted.
Can I return an item?
The primary focus of Vivid Lamps is in supplying the UK’s education system with the most competitively priced range of projector lamps throughout Europe. Purchase Orders are welcomed from all UK education establishments and 30 days credit is extended.
